House conditions and rules:

a) To be ready to welcome you, we need to know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

b) Smoking is not allowed in the house.

c) Pets are accepted only on request and may include extra costs.

d) It is not allowed to organize parties or events.

e) Check in between 14:30 and 20:00 is free, after between 20 and 23 has an additional cost of 25 euros, and from 23 at night to one in the morning the cost for late check in is 40 euros.

f) check out is by 11:00.

g) Guests must respect the condominium regulations for waste disposal and hours of silence for the respect of the other condominiums.
